  • December 2011: Exhibited Voyager products at RSNA, Chicago, USA.

  • September 2011: Voyager PACS has been expanded at Port Moresby Specialist Medical Center in Papua New Guinea (PNG) providing full PACS archive, web delivery, Dicom Modality Worklist and incorporating integration with the Hospital Information System (HIS).
  • August 2011: Mi-Soft is a long term Australian Information System (RIS) designer and development company that was based in Sydney, Australia was purchased by Voyager Imaging. The acquisition brings together more than 34 years of software development and experience between the companies in the Medical Imaging sector. Voyager PACS and Mi-Soft RIS products have a strong established base throughout Australia in both Private and Public Radiology groups and implemented into practices as standalone, integrated with third party products, or supplied as a full turnkey RIS/PACS product, all of which supported by our local team of specialized engineers and application staff, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
  • August 2011: Booragoon Radiology in Perth expands from a Voyager Telerad station to an integrated PACS for local viewing, reporting, DMWL and image delivery to referring doctors.
  • July 2011: Voyager Automated Burn systems have been updated to include the latest technology CD/DVD burning robot model Bravo 4102 from Primera Technology Inc. The new robot combined with the new Voyager interface incorporates significantly faster and more efficient printing of CD/DVD media with the option for touch screen interface, and advanced operation and interaction functions.
  • June 2011: Voyager Teleradiology systems were implemented with Specialised Xray Services across 6 Southern Queensland sites, enabling fast turnaround from exam being performed to report and images being delivered to key referring doctors, across medium and low bandwidth connections.
  • May 2011: Voyager PACS installed into Goroka hospital in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea (PNG). The Voyager PACS systems are used for clinical viewing and reporting of patients locally and remotely and connects to other sites using Teleradiology. The system includes Voyager PACS reporting workstations, Archive, Web delivery of images across the LAN and remotely if required.
  • April 2011: Installed Voyager PACS in Brisbane CBD with CitiScan Radiology connecting specialist reporting doctors locally and remotely across Queensland. System includes tight integration with the Kestral Karisma RIS for seamless viewing and reporting by Radiologist, as well as incorporating the Voyager Web module for fast delivery of images online to referring doctors.
  • March 2011: Voyager PACS systems were installed at 7 key university sites throughout Indonesia. The Voyager PACS systems are used for clinical viewing and reporting of patients locally, as well as connecting sites together using Teleradiology. The system includes Voyager PACS reporting workstations, Archive, Web server and Dicom Modality Worklist (DMWL) functions. The systems are also used for training of doctors and specialists throughout Indonesia.
  • February 2011: The Voyager PACS network with Marina Diagnostic Radiology Group was expanded to include sites in Berwick and Wantirna, as well as expanding image delivery services to referring doctors through the Voyager Web platform. The system is installed across low and medium bandwidth networks allowing radiologist users to connect for local and remote access reporting using Voyager preemptive prefetching technology.
